Hi all, I am looking for one tenant to rent my spacious common room. 2 pax will be $650. Immediate move in condition. Currently furnished with a queen size Mattress With Frame, wardrobe, study table with chair, small dinning table with 2 stools, standing fan, shelf, laundry rack and window unit aircon. Room is separated from the other rooms, hence there's more privacy. Common toilet is usually meant for usage by tenants. Immediate move in condition. It is about 10 - 15 mins walk, depending on your walking speed. OR 5 mins bus journey (3 bus stops) to the Sembawang MRT Station. Clean and tidy is a MUST, no smoking and no pets. You will be staying at my place with my Family of 4 including 2 young children.
